Vision

Healthy congregations honor God through dynamic worship, growing relationships and expanding Kingdom service. The vision of Ministry Transitions is Helping Leaders and Churches Chart Their Future. While each congregation is unique, most of the challenges they encounter have been experienced by other congregations. Unfortunately, too often they are so caught up in their own situations, they fail to benefit from the insights of other churches. Ministry Transitions seeks to be a credible sounding board, an objective third party and a knowledgeable coach to assist church leaders in their journey toward more effective ministry.
